About Us
NAI Central Illinois became part of the NAI Global network in 2019 to focus on providing professional brokerage services to local, regional, national, and international clients. The NAI Central Illinois team boasts a distinct variety of experience in commercial real estate, government involvement, entrepreneurship, and management. We successfully moved forward with over $40 million in new projects and leases in Central Illinois in 2020–21 for a wide range of properties including industrial, flex, retail, restaurant, office, and medical space. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, the McLean County Chamber of Commerce and CCIM.
Our top priority is finding the right fit for our clients’ needs by providing start-to-finish services, from locating potential properties to negotiating the best deal to celebrating the launch of a new or expanded venture. We aim to build businesses on the solid foundation of relationship.

John has been a full-service commercial real estate professional since 2005. He has experience in sales and leasing of industrial, office, retail, land sales, and build-to-suites investments. Additionally, John has extensive experience in regional multi-family, student housing, work-force housing, age-restricted housing, and LIHTC developments.

Michael Straza (Broker)List Item 2
Mike has a deep passion and history for local business development. He has created, managed, and directed commercial businesses, medical practices, and business-to-business and business-to-government aligned companies. He has volunteered extensively in business development and government-related organizations, including the Bloomington Zoning Board of Appeals, Illinois Innovation Network, and Illinois Small Business Development Center of McLean County. After receiving his real estate license in 2021, Mike successfully negotiated and rezoned several housing development projects to be completed in 2023. He is currently fulfilling requirements for CCIM certification.
